Coating technology is very important in (Lost Foam Casting) LFC process.Coating property test is necessary for coating studying and controlling.many coating test methods have been appeared in recent years.After a review of the former study,a new innovation on LFC coating property test is carried out,that is,testing several properties continuously with a single sample and apparatus,which has great advantage in cost,time and synthetic anlaysis.An apparatus based on the new idea has bene develoepd.Some initial study on LFC coating was done with this apparatus,which shows its reliability and convenience.
