The selection and improvement on glue of expanded polystyrene pattern

The glue EPS pattern is the key to EPC technology.It is necessary for The glue performance to satisfy productive demand.This paper introduced the various glue characteristics and selected,the prescription and performances of ESS hot melting glue made of authors own,the mehtod to speed up the polyvinyl acetate milk liquids solidifying and the two section glue composed fo the furan resin and the acid.It was found through productive applicance that these glue could satisfy deemand of expendable pattern casting proces.These casting quality are good.
