Through comparison between full mold and wooden model casting and also from makign random sampling analysis of the full mold casting,we can draw a conclusion that: In nowadays economy environment.one ton of full mold casting is produced,it could save 0.6 cubic meers of timber,150 man-workign hours and RMB 560 Yon,The following factors such as the production numbers for the same casting,the price of model material and the price of man-workign hours influence the economic value for full mold casting tremendously,Mean while the type of the sand,environment protecting requriement and adminstration experiences also affect the economic value for full mold casting greatly.In brief,the economic benefits for full mold casting are obvious and notable.
