Instrumental neutron activation analysis was used to determine 29 trace elements in samples of human uterine cancer tissue which pretreated by low temperature drying. A study was done by compared the content of this trace elements in uterine cancer tissue with that in cervicitis tissue and in health tissue. Preliminary results indicated that significant differences in contents of Au, I and Se were observed in these tissues.
