摘要

Investigation on the internal combustion coal-oxygen burner for intensification of the EAF melting process shows that using internal combustion coal-oxygne burner to intensification of the melting is feasible. Internal combustion coal-oxygen is better than external combustion coal-oxygen burner on the performance and energy saving of the process. Electrical consumption decreases by 40k wh/t, melting time is shortened by 18 min. The application of internal combustion coal-oxygen burner would have a significant effect on decreasing energy consumption of EAF.
