摘要

Biooxidation of Tanyaokou pyrite and copper-bearing pyrite by Thiobacillus ferrooxidans Tanl# were studied in this paper, and the attachment experiment was also made. A Kinetic model of bacterial growth was developed. The parameeters were determined from experimental data and literature data. The model were numerically computed by using Runge-Kutta method. The calculated values based on kientic model showed quite good agreement with the experimental data. The experimental and calculated results show that the attachment of bacteria on ore aprticles can be described by Langmuir adsorptive isotherm. The dissolution of pyrite was mainly due to the direct action, and the dissolution of copper-bearing pyrite was mainly due to the indirect action.
