Numerical and Experimental Studies on the Rough Rice Tempering

摘要

On the basis of moisture diffusion and stresses analysis within a rough rice kernel, an intermittent rough rice drying simulation program was accomplished and it was used for analyzing the effects of tempering time on the moisture removal and the stresses profile in a grain kernel. The results were well agreed with the experimental data.
