From the point of view that in our countryside under the socialist market economy it's very urgent to adapt the agro-mechanization to developing agriculture with high output , good quality and high efficiency, this article analyses the factors which restrict the development of county-level mechanization and puts forward some opinion on how to cultivate and perfect the county-level market system of agricultural machinery (AM) to launch the social work, to establish the county-level development funds for agro-mechanization, to encourage farmers to invest more in this field and to conduct the tech-training and demonstration to spread new technology and new machinery.
