Comparative study of the 3um laser action on different hard tooth tissue samples using free running pulsed Er-doped YAG YSGG YAP and YLF lasers

Certain properties of the laser action on the hard tooth tissues have been studied, using free running pulsed Er-doped YAG, YSGG, YAP and YLF lasers, operating in 3 $mu@m wavelength range. The influence of the laser radiation wavelength, power density and sample structure on the tooth destruction threshold have been studied.
