Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Energy-conservation and Emission-reduction in China's Iron and Steel Industry

摘要

This paper introduces the present situation of the development of China's iron and steel industry and explains the social responsibilities of this industry at the field of energy-conservation and emission-reduction. Analysis is conducted on the necessity of energy-conservation and emission-reduction in China's iron and steel industry from the aspect of industrial and national economic development. This paper also makes a research on the current situation, technical development trend and energy-conservation potentials of energy-conservation and emission-reduction of China's iron and steel industry. It is highlighted that energy-conservation management system aimed for enterprise integrated energy-conservation by modernized management methods should be established and this system will, to some extent, be helpful for the accomplishment of the target of energy-conservation and emission-reduction of China's iron and steel industry.
