摘要

An analysis was made of the energy efficiency of some of the most commonly used in recent years cooking appliances: induction hobs. The obtained results and the conclusions made show that the use of modern induction hobs leads to a reduction in the energy consumed. The development of adequate models for assessing the impact of exploitation parameters on the energy efficiency of induction hobs will allow at their ecodesign to realization maximum limits for energy consumption of electric hobs.
