The physical activities of humans lead to a lot of positive effects on the metabolism and boost the immune system. This positive influence can be even increased by means of lighting and irradiation systems, using the properties and effects of UV B, visual and IR radiation simultaneously. The emissions from the optical part of the spectrum of the electromagnetic waves, especially the UVB, however should be dosed carefully, because they can be harmful and can lead to skin and eye damage. The current paper presents a human centric lighting system, radiant heating system and erythema irradiation system, implemented in a single project of a sport field, aiming immune system and sport potential boosting.
