The relaxor-based ferroelectric single crystal Pb(In1/2Nb1/2)O3-Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 (PIMNT) were grown successfully by the vertical Bridgman techique using the [0 0 1]-oriented seed, then the test behavior of dielectric and piezoelectric under hydrostatic pressure were performed by measuring the capacitance, dissipation and resonance frequency, antiresonance frequency of the [0 0 1]-oriented PIMNT, respectively. In order to research the application of ferroelectric single crystal on piezoelectric energy harvester. We employ the piezoelectric bimorph model and change the piezoelectric material from PZT-5H to PIMNT, and we find that the maximum output power density increased when the piezoelectric material change from PZT-5H to PIMNT, we note that the ferroelectric material, such as PIM-PMN-PT, can substantially decrease the resonant frequency of the system compare with that of the PZT-5H. In addition, we investgated the relationship between efficiency and input frequency for different piezoelectric layer. These findings can provide gudiance to design Piezoelectric Energy Harvester.
