摘要

This paper has adopted the weak magnet concentrate single reverse flotation and strong magnet concentrate reverse-direct flotation technology to conduct the industrial test on oxide ores of Bayan Obo. After the stability test, able to obtain oxide ore iron concentrate, TFe grade 65.92%, iron recovery rate 73.99%, K2O+Na2O, SiO2 and F reaching 0.39%, 3.2% and 0.48% respectively, indicators great; the new process can reach the purpose of increasing iron and decreasing silicon, sodium and potassium.
