摘要

Oxygen bottom blowing copper smelting process is a new one in the copper smelting industry appeared 2008 .This new process has the advantages of steady production, good working environmental ,lower energy consumption and better raw material adaptability. In this technology, the charge is added into furnace constantly, and oxygen participating in the reaction is sent into high-temperature melt by the ejection gun from the bottom of the furnace and cross the melt of 1.5m depth. Metallurgical reactions take place in the interface of gas-liquid and create the products. So the reaction process is highly influenced by the area of interface. The three-dimension non-steady-state multiphase flow model has been built, and the mathematical model is verified by the water model experiment. The results show that the mathematical model is reliable which can be used to guide the production and to increase production capacity .
