摘要

A high-speed operation of electro-optic (EO) Bragg deflectors based on polarization-reversed structures of ferro-electriccrystals was experimentally demonstrated. Owing to its simple electrode structure for the deflection operation, it is possible tocontrol a laser beam at ~GHz with a high-contrast, which is suitable for future IoT systems.
