A effective communication solution for the hearing impaired persons: A novel approach using gesture and sentence formation

People who are not able to speak and hear are considered to be disabled people. Such people use Sign Language as their communication medium. Sign Language use hand gesture instead of speech sounds for communication. But it is difficult for normal people to understand sign language. Recently, many of the sign language recognition systems were developed but they lacked in providing proper communication medium. This paper overcomes these problems. Hence this paper aims at converting the human sign language into text and voice form and also to learn sign language and provide translation of sign language in written text for people and convert that into voice form. Additionally it provides an option for the normal people to enter the input in the form of text and the system converts into sign language images and in video form. This system helps both the normal and hearing impaired people to have effective communication with each other.
