摘要

The paper considers some issues of production monitoring in industrial biotechnology. It is typical for production processes in the above field to have a high level of uncertainty mainly due to complex and costly measurements of quantity characteristics and properties of both raw materials and finished goods. Some solutions are suggested based on using some concepts and techniques of entropy potentials theory to minimize the amount of measurement data for monitoring.
