Vehicular Ad hoc Networks (VANETs) is an infrastructure less network with dynamic nodes along with Road Side Units (RSU). Due to high vehicle density, randomness, scalability, mobility, data dissemination is a troublesome task. So, a realistic approach has been carried out in avoiding fatal accidents and bottleneck traffic. In upcoming technology, it can permit vehicles to configure network communication without the prerequisite of aeonian substructure. VANETs in combination with Intelligent Traffic Lights (ITLs) could reduce the traffic with reduced latency. In VANETs with the integration of RSUs and ITLs either traffic can be minimized or alerting the emergency services in diverting their routes due to increased traffic. The ability of VANETs to prevent fatal accidents by relaying data over the network has attracted the attention of both researchers and automobile manufacturers. Data dissemination is one aspect of VANETs used to improve the safety and performance of the vehicles. This paper is focusing on the Design and Development of New Apparatus using VANET for safety and Vehicular Accident Avoidance.
