摘要

Melamine phosphomolybdate (MAPMA) was prepared from melamine (MA) and phosphomolybdic acid (HPMA) in hot water.Synergistic effects of MAPMA on the flame retardancy of polypropylene (PP)/intumescent retardant (IFR) were studied.With the total addition of 15.5 wt% IFR and 0.5 wt% MAPMA,the LOI value of the compound is 28.2 and can pass UL-94 V-0 test without melt-dripping.
