摘要

The main aim of this work was to investigate the synergistic effect between ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and aluminum hypophosphite (AHP) on the flame retardancy enhancement of unsaturated polyester resin (UPR).Limiting oxygen index (LOI) and UL-94measurement were used to study the flame retardancy of the UPR/APP/AHP composites.Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) was used to investigate the thermal degradation behaves of the composites.According to the LOI,UL-94 and TGA results,the combination of APP and AHP exhibited an evident synergistic effect in the flame retardancy enhancement of UPR matrix.
