ADVANTAGE AFTER MODIFICATION OF FIBRIZOR ANVIL PLATE SETTING

摘要

To achieve higher crush rate and better extraction with minimum power consumption from mills, cane preparation plays an important role. If rap angle and setting of anvil plate is not appropriate it leads to fine preparation and power requirement infibrizor also increases.To avoid such problem with 170 deg rap angle anvil plate some modification has been done in anvil plate setting. The auther had already experimented it three years back at TEIL Khatauli unit, based on experience and need it was implemented successjully at Sabithgarh unit.
