Passive green transformation technology study on rural housing in Cold areas

摘要

The objective of this paper is to do research on passive green technologies to improve the living environment while efficiently reducing the rural houses' energy consumption in Cold areas. During the heating period, the energy consumption of rural housing is very huge. This situation is widespread here. To find out the main reasons and the relationships between the energy consumption and the local climate or geography conditions, economy or technology levels, and the living behavior habits, plenty of questionnaire surveys on rural exiting houses have been done. Based on the study of existing problems and negative traits, the following passive green transformation technologies are put forward: set perfect function, optimized the thermal environment partition, controlled the area ratio of window to wall, located the appropriate location of entrances, and utilized passive solar energy. Via computer software to simulate the house's energy consumption before and after transformed, the results show that when in the same external environment condition, the rural house, after transformed, can reduce energy consumption nearly up to 50%. Energy saves efficiently.
