In the calculation of liquid-fuel ramjet combustion efficiency, the gas produced by incomplete combustion is usually treated as complete combustion product, so it will bring an error to the result. This paper makes a comparison of the combustion efficiencies obtained by using three different methods, including the traditional method ignoring the incomplete combustion components, the chemical-gas-analysis method taking all the incomplete combustion components into account and a new method based on theoretical analysis.
