Internal Dosimetry of a Chylomicron-like Emulsion Labeled with ~(14)C-CE in Humans

This paper estimates the value of the effective equivalent dose in humans due to intravenous injection of chylomicron-like emulsion radiolabeled with ~(14)C-CE. A kinetic model for the chylomicron-like emulsion in human body was proposed. The removal parameters of chylomicron-like emulsion from the plasma were evaluated by compartimental analysis. Radiometric doses were calculated using AnaComp software and the MIRD formalism.
