Analysis on Operating Performance in Real-estate Enterprises Based on DEA

摘要

This paper provides an empirical analysis on the operating performance of China's 27 real-estate enterprises from 2004 to 2009 by making use of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and panel data model. The results show that the operating efficiency of realestate enterprises is somewhat low. And then analyses the operating performance of the scale of inputs and different nature of ownership. The data indicate that the scale of inputs has no direct link with performance, and the private enterprises have more efficient than the state-owned.
