摘要

In order to encourage employees, it's particularly important to fairly assess internal members and select competent managements from them in the increasingly complicated project management environment The information of evaluating candidates is of high incompleteness and ambiguity, so an evaluation model is proposed on the basis of A HP and grey relational analysis in the paper. In the model, the weight of each indicator is identified by AHP. The qualitative and quantitative indicators are assessed respectively with grey relational analysis. And then combine the two results to provide a reference for promoting project managers from within.
