摘要

When the arrangement for the columns of cooling tower is irregular, the internal force of ring foundation is different with the change of wind direction. Calculations read that an existed specific wind direction makes internal force the largest. In this case, the largest internal force occurs in the largest span of ring foundation, where the re-bar should be enhanced.
