A simple electromagnetic model for buried interface detection via THz holographic data

摘要

This work presents a simple electromagnetic model to deal with the reflection from buried interfaces and to provide the basis of a reconstruction strategy whose data are given in terms of the intensity of the THz signal, which arises from the interference of a reference signal with the one reflected by the probed sample.
