PolarBear is an experiment designed to measure the anisotropy of the polarization of the Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation. It uses a new 3.5 m ground based telescope and a large format array of dual-polarization, antenna-coupled TES bolometers with a frequency-domain multiplexed SQUID readout. PolarBear is undergoing a test deployment in eastern California before being moved near the Alma site in Chile. The present measurement system and its evolution to a more powerful experiment will be described.
