The powder of titanium oxide (TiO_2) is broadly used in the production of paintings, plastics, catalysts, ceramic, etc(l). In the last years it has wakened up bigger interest due to their wide application in chemical sensors, catalysis, optic devices and medicine. This oxide can be obtained for homogeneous hydrolyses starting from aqueous solution of Ti organic compound, although it is also possible using organic solvent(2). The methods that use aqueous solution(3) employ well-known substances as precursors and others that promote and stabilize certain intermediary compounds.
