Incisional hernia does not belong to the solved surgical problems and the high risk of reccurence, if compared to other hernia types, is a permanent object of study. At present implantation of different kind of surgical nets is used for incisional hernia reparation. However, this reparation does not decrease the risk of recurrence, it just delays it for 2-3 years [1,2]. The optimal nets for surgical reparation of incisional hernia should satisfy different characteristics. They should be chemically inert, sterilizable, sufficiently pliable, noncarcinogenous,
