摘要

The paper presents the practical realization of mechanical gear necessary in industry, using techniques CAD, CAE and CAM. The assembly designed, optimized and made is a straight bevel gear that is part of a rack gearing for the installation of the cement industry. Miter (gear) was designed using CAD (Computer Aided Design) optimized with techniques CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) and processed by processing methods using CAM techniques (Computer Aided Manufacturing). The applications used were: Cinematics GearTrax 2009, SolidWorks 2009 and 2009 CamWorks. The purpose of this paper is to put in evidence the modern design, optimization, and execution of finished parts using the latest methods in the context of a major need to reduce time from idea to finished product. At the same time using methods and techniques described above, is achieved savings of resources and energy by cutting significant design time and execution operations.
