A particular circuit design described as 'Full Digitizing Design' has been introduced in this article, which could make the PCB operate complicated functions while running under an ultra high speed (operating signals with 10~(-9)~ 10~(-10)s edge). The confliction caused by the signal integrity when measuring transient pulsed signals in high-intensity pulsed radiation field has been solved by this design. Finally, the practical applicability of 'Full Digitizing Design' is verified by the tests on a sample system.
