The theoretical and numerical models of a novel multi-wavelength source using a semiconductor ring laser

A novel concept of multi-wavelength source is presented. We have simulated the performance by numerically solving the multimode rate equations of the system. 7 carriers are obtained, with flatness less than 5 dB.
