摘要

In high-vacuum conditions, the instrument can do detection and research efficiently on the luminescence features of fluorescence screen. It is a special purpose intelligent test equipment combined of optical, mechanical, electrical, computing and display. We developed a test system shown in Figure 1, which consists of vacuum components, hot electron area-emitting source, control components, test equipment and ultra-clean platform. The vacuum components assures that the area-emitting source is working in vacuum 1 × 10−4Pa. Control is mainly control work and stop of the vacuum system. Test instruments include imaging luminance meter, luminometer, amperemeter and afterglow detectors. Ultra-clean platform is to remove the dust in the atmosphere above the platform.
