The graphite nanosheets (GNS) [1, 2] and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) had been well known as a good field emission material by its superior structure such as a high aspect ratio. Diamond had larger thermal conductivity. The GNS/diamond or CNTS/diamond composites might have the characteristics of high aspect ration of GNS or CNTs and lager thermal conductivity of diamond, so they could obtain well field emission characteristics.
