Reasonable commercial bank’s core competence goal makes itself remain invincible under fierce competition．In addition,identifying its collaborative opportunity effectively is key for commercial bank to find its unique ability．The paper adopts the collaborative filtering method to identify its synergetic opportunities．First,it concludes the framework for identifying the collaborative filtering opportunity of commercial bank’s cadre competence aims．Secondly,it emphasizes how the expert group assesses the recommending aims based on the conditions of recommending objects．Finally,it utilizes the collaborative filtering method to implement the recommendation sorting commercial banks’core competence aims．The method can share other’s experiences based on filtering some terms that are complex and difficult to describe Therefore，it is reasonable and practical．
