DIA with and without TWIMS can be successfully combined for the investigation of differential protein expression. Future work will focus on developing bioinformatics tools to address issues surrounding detector saturation in HDMS~E. We are currently constructing models to better understand the effects common auxotrophic markers have on the growth of S. cerevisiae mutants.
