Here we present a high-throughput LC/MS/MS method for pesticide screening that combines: Ultra High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC) separation with small particle LC columns; Fast and high sensitivity of Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM) and Enhanced Product Ion (EPI) scanning using a AB SCIEX QTRAP~(~R) 5500 LC/MS/MS System; Scheduled MRM~(TM) Algorithm to optimize cycle time for best sensitivity and reproducibility; Fast, sensitive and high resolution and accurate mass MS-MS/MS screening using AB SCIEX TripleTOF~(TM) 5600 LC/MS/MS System to identify unexpected food contaminants retrospectively.
