摘要

This label free study identified several proteins, whose expression is altered in non-responder on ART in comparison to both responders and controls. RhoA and GSN modulate actin cytoskeletal dynamics required for T cell activation and migration; their upregulation in non-responders is consistent with elevated immune activation in this cohort of patients. Current studies are focusing on validating these proteins via selected reaction monitoring (SRM). Unraveling the importance of these proteins and pathways may elucidate the molecular changes behind the incomplete recovery to ART
