摘要

Our results appeared the similar Mn-CD effect when D. radiodurans growth on sini-tang-TGY medium was used as an inoculum. It was found that the red carotenoid pigment of D. radiodurans faded at a sini-tang concentration as high as 1 mg/mL. Carotenoids that have attempted to characterize sini-tang related changes in the cell at the level of the metabolites. PCA enabled us to identify a mini-optimized profile consisting of significantly differentiating peaks and offered the clue for metabolites phenotype and signature, was carried out with sini-tang treatment to elucidate the cell growth in D. radiodurans.
