L Sub-Shell Ionization Cross Sections for Low Energy Protons on Elements with Z=39–42

L_1(L_3M_1), L_η(L_2M_1), L_α(L_3M_(4,5)), L_(β1)(L_2M_4), Lβ_(3,4,6) (L_1M_(2,3)+L_3N_1), L_(β2,15)(L_3N_(4,5)), L_(γ1,5)(L_2N_1+L_2N_4), and L_(γ2,3)(L_1N_(2,3)) cross sections were used to find L sub-shell cross sections which are compared with the ECPSSR theory.
