Terahertz Communications Driven by Photonics Towards Real-time 100-Gbit/s Transmission

In this paper, we discuss practical approaches for real-time/error-free 100-Gbit/s transmission using photonically-assisted signal generation and modulation techniques at 300 GHz, and demonstrate some of our recent approaches towards this target.
