OBSERVABILITY OF AN ARBITRARY ORDER DYNAMICAL SYSTEMS

摘要

The paper is devoted to analyze the observability of an arbitrary order dynamical systems. Following the aim of formulation the conditions of initial observability of arbitrary order system spectral theory for linear operators is involved. In the article the theorem on necessary and sufficient conditions on initial observability are formulated is proved. The very innovation of the article is the general, arbitrary order respect to time of the analyzed dynamical system.
