In this paper, we are interested in "good practices" of Systems Engineering synthesized in processes of Systems Engineering. We will show that it necessarily exists gaps between the processes described by standards of Systems Engineering and such they are applied in industry. These gaps can create a loss of "good properties" detrimental to a good management of projects. By a modeling and a formal validation of processes, we will show it is possible of insure a conservation of these properties, or at least to verify they appear in effectively applied processes.
