The paper fully considers the influence of the design parameters on slope safety and stabilityfactors,which include water,anchor parameters (such as,anchor length,spacing and layout,angle,surface layerthickness) and soil properties. The primary factor indexes of the retaining structure stability are expressed intrapezoid fuzzy numbers. The fuzzy utility value,function and the importance of each possible affecting factoron the slope stability are determined by using FMADM Buckley. The safety margin of retaining structure istaken as the objective function. The dynamic stability analysis models of retaining structure are established.The safety margin of prestressed anchor flexible retaining structure is calculated in all possible conditions. Theresult will serve as the comprehensive,reasonable and scientific decision-making basis for engineering design,construction and safety management.
