RESEARTCH ON EFFICIENCY OF THIRD PARTY LOGISTICS ENTERPRISES IN JIANGXI PROVINCE BASED ON DEA

摘要

Third Party Logistics (3PL) enterprises in Jiangxi Province are growing up steadily during the recent years. Evidently the competence of such 3PL enterprises mainly depends on their operation efficiency. Therefore this paper focuses on the research of 3PL efficiency in Jiangxi Province by survey and questionnaire. Firstly, it describes the status quo of 3PL enterprises in Jiangxi Province. Secondly, this paper discusses the efficiency of 3PL based on Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Thirdly it identifies the causes of such circumstance. Lastly this paper gives some suggestions on improving the efficiency of 3PL enterprises in Jiangxi Province.
