摘要

Wavelength-division-multiplexing (WDM) is the well-known technology which can significantly improve the transmission capacity of a single optical fiber. To get all advantages of the use of WDM together with polymer optical fibers (POF) which have the limited channel capacity the WDM devices have to be properly designed and optimized. In this work we have designed and optimized the thin-film filters for use in low-cost WDM demultiplexers for POF systems.
