摘要

The study of structures with piezoelectric materialsleads to a coupled problem (mechanic and electric). In order to solve such a problem, numerical modeling is unavoidable. This article presents the modeling of thin structures with piezolectric patches (and particular circuits like SSD ones); from the coupled behaviour laws to the finite element formulation and thanks to a variational formulation, this study led to a model development. This 2-D model enables the prediction of thin structures behaviour. The results presented in this paper show the influence of the width of piezoelectric patches on the vibrations.
